Dashin Tofu Tiramisu


Tiramisu is one of Hong Kongers’ favourite desserts which can’t be given up even under diet management! However, traditional tiramisu is made with a lot of sugar and cheese, leading to a high-fat content. Now let me introduce you the Dashin Tofu Tiramisu. Mixing whole bean curd with cream cheese at a golden ratio, the Dashin tofu cream has lower calories but higher protein content. The unsweetened cacao powder adds a dash of bitterness to compliment the sweet tofu cream, it also keeps the moisturized whole wheat flour cake layer in check. It is a light and healthy tofu tiramisu that gives you no guiltiness!

How to Eat
Take out from the freezer and let it defrost under room temperature for 20 minutes before consumption.
