Brown rice is whole-grain rice with the inedible outer hull removed, but the bran layer and cereal germ retained. Brown rice is a good source of protein, essential fatty acids, dietary fibre, vitamin B1, minerals such as manganese, phosphorus and iron, as well as enzymes.

In addition, 100g of brown rice contains 1.8g dietary fibre, which is 4.5 times that of white rice. As the fibre in brown rice slows down the digestion process, it helps keep blood sugar levels steady and may prevent glucose spikes.

How to Cook
1. Microwave oven
Take out the product from the freezer and put it directly in the microwave. Heat it at 700W for 4 minutes, or 1,000W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

2. Flat wok
After heating the flat pan, take out the product from the freezer and fry for 4 minutes over medium heat.
